I'm waiting to chat with an xfinity analyst. I'm 6th in queue now, was 39th when I started waiting. I'm trying to understand why its telling me that HBO is not a part of my subscription plan, when it is. Stupid comcast.

I've been very lucky in the past few years. I've managed to live in apartments and houses that were served by Verizon Fios. It will be a sad day when/if I have to move into a place that only has cable internet.
