Two things:
I heard a great quote during some corporate training (and I think I will post something about this guy in an appropriate category if there is one). He is a public school teacher in the Bronx whose kids build hydroponic gardens and green roofs in the inner city. Anyway the quote is "I'm not here to accept the things I cannot change. I'm here to change the things I cannot accept!"
The other is: If you lift weights and own a truck, you will become in demand as a pack mule. I'm pretty selective as to whom I say "yes" because it is not how I wish to spend all of my time.
