About being conflicted where I work. I am told about certain rules we have to follow, but when it comes to following those rules things change to appease the customer and I left feeling like an idiot. These rule changes don't have to do with my immediate Manager either.
It's getting frustrating that I get customer complaints from the result of following company police and the company actually follows through with it. Especially when seeing the customer complaint and it is full of embellishment and lies.
