It's getting frustrating that I get customer complaints from the result of following company police and the company actually follows through with it. Especially when seeing the customer complaint and it is full of embellishment and lies.
How do you interact with customers, in person or over the phone? If on the phone you'd think they'd have calls recorded so they can see how they really went, not that the impenetrable wall of bureaucracy will tend to care about who's actually in the right
