Two years ago, I took part in my first music festival. It was something I had never thought I would do, and it was a music festival that I had attended several times previously, so it was unbelievably awesome.
Last year, I took part in TWO music festivals. The same one as the previous year, plus another one in another city that I had attended a few times. It was even more awesome.
I've applied to do four festivals this year. I'm already booked at one, and I'm assuming there won't be any issue with another one - those would be the two I've already done. The third one will be a bit different - if I pull it off, I'll probably be an "official/unofficial sideline act", which I'm totally cool with. And then the fourth...will be huge. Hugely huge. As in "I can stop doing this afterwards because there's no way I can get any bigger than this". Fingers crossed.
