I am totally unsupported, they know of my difficulties, plus the company training is a utter disgrace, i hate my life and i hate it more when im there and on my way home from there, it actually makes me cry and wish other things. Cheers for your supportive words though
Ive always hated that sort of response.. "I had a terrible commute today.." "Yeah but children are starving in Africa."
Its like.. thanks for the perspective.... but no one wants to feel like their own experiences or emotions are invalid simply because they are not the one individual in the entire world who is suffering the most at this moment.
Its ok to have a crap day, a crap job, and to feel like crap. That is life. And its not a reflection on you that you feel that way. What is important though, is how you respond to it. And I don't think there is one right or wrong way to do that. You say you want to run away from it all.. sometimes a fresh start is the right choice. Sometimes buckling down and pushing through is. But only you can make that choice and only you can know which is truly right for you and your own life.
But it can be helpful to know the opinions of others. And if you feel stuck, its a good thing that you can reach out for advice and help. If at the very least, to know that you aren't hanging out in space all by yourself.
