What's on Your Mind

I have to attend a group meeting tonight.
I actually don't want to talk to people who are above me. Which is nearly every adult person on this planet.
But it might happen that I have to talk to them tonight, which puts me into a situation of humility.
What to do.

Firstly speak with confidence....keep your head up and talk as clear as possible , and remember that just because someone has higher position of authority or on a bigger pay grade it does not make them a better human being than yourself !!! be proud of who you are
