You need to work at taking care of yourself, learning how to not get "hooked" by the "moles".
IDK what can work for you. For me, what I've learned to do is look at the "mole" and realize, although it may make me "feel" a certain way or "think" some particular thing, that does NOT necessarily mean that "I feel" that way or "I think" that way. IOW, I see that I am different from and separate from the mole. That is to say, I can do that if I'm not "hooked". If I get hooked, I can not make that separation. I believe the "mole's" version of reality.
