You look fine now. But I know you will get fitter, stronger and muscular as time goes by because you are training for running, cycling and swimming.
To join a triathlon takes a lot of confidence and courage. I'm very happy for you and proud of you. Go kick ass.
My upper body is still sore from Monday and going to do it all again tomorrow... I'm doing good with running...I can go the distance, but need to work on my speed and I am slowly getting better. I think here pretty soon I'll be able to start doing wind sprints and that should help a lot... in case those reading don't know what that is... you sprint for 30-60 second intervals and stop and walk, sprint, walk, and you repeat that.
However I can tell I am getting in better shape, my resting pulse is way down from what it used to be and well all my pants that fit well are loose and probably in another month I'm probably going to need a new belt....Then new clothes...which I can't really afford right now so I may just have to look goofy for a while.
