I don't have any consoles, so I don't know what Forza is like. I only play PC games. rFactor series, Project CARS, Live for Speed, Assetto Corsa - all these are considered simulators, altough I find nothing simulative in them, especially when you try to drift. In all these games the car behaves like a tram - taking turns as it's on tracks and no drift is possible.
So far the best rally and drift games I've played are WRC 2, Race Driver GRID and GRID 2. If you try Race Driver GRID you should know something important - you must find its cracked version by RELOADED because their crack fixes some problems with black screen and game crashing with Windows 7. I have a purchased version of RD GRID but those morons don't provide any tech support, even if you have bought their product and there are also no patches to fix these problems. So the cracked version is your only chance, if you wanna play Race Driver GRID.
As for WRC 2 I'm not sure whether you'll like it because it requires specific car settings for each type of track covering and type of tracks. For instance, the super special stages (closed circuits on stadiums) require very specific settings (different than anything else) otherwise you won't be able to beat the opponent and most likely you'll damage the car to a point that it won't be able to cross the finish line, all the more if the car you're driving is 4WD. If you want I can make screenshots with those settings and send them to you in a personal message.
