TBH - UK summers are pretty rubbish too - you cannot guarantee any sunshine anymore during the peak season - I go to festivals in june, july and august and I remember only one without torrential rain in that 4 years
Oh, Summers aren't great either I agree, but at least you do get some sunshine and heat sometimes, far more sunshine than in Winter at least. And the longer days are always good. Snow hasn't really occured here at all since 2010. Summers, though often wet, have still delivered more for me than any of these recent crappy Winters have
