Although I wouldn't recommend a drastic stop. As with any drug you might want to reduce your dosis first.
So far so good. Other than having a slight headache and a bit grouchy, feeling pretty good. You know I used to hate coffee, I used to hardly ever drink the stuff. Since I don't drink soda anymore (almost 2 months now) I already get less. I definitely feel much better not feeling jittery or having palpitations...
I will have green tea which from what I read has 10-30 mg of caffeine per 8 ounces (don't you just love it when they decide to mix metric and imperial)...I also like white tea, which has next to nill...
I am actually, strangely in a good mood right now... go figure. Not complaining though. I honestly think that's from doing all this working out, etc...I seem to just be in a better mood.
