I prefer my tea black with cow's milk because in Britain we have to do it different from everyone else.

Cold tea is unheard of, what the hell are you saying lol

Everyone goes for iced tea, to me it tastes terrible...or something is vastly different... Keep in mind I used to HATE tea with a passion. However, I think it is because everyone wants to put a kilo of sugar on everything. I have mine plain, no sugar....no cows milk either lol

That's something else, I haven't had a whole lot of dairy...now I do get a good bit of Vitamin D and calcium in case you're wondering... Once we get into spring I'll be in even better shape on Vitamin D....

On another note, to me it just seems odd that I'm in such a good mood while having a headache...Go figure...
