So there we go, i tried again, i went on grindr to chat only and got chatting with what seemed like a nice guy. We swapped numbers as texting is more reliable than that app, we have text a fair bit and decided to meet up today and now the time as passed and he as "only just woke up" yet he as been on grindr a hour ago.

Yesterday he said sorry he didnt reply sooner to which i said ok and he said his parents took his phone, yet i saw him online many times. After a few slight things i had this odd feeling about it all, gut feeling of something. Bang on the time we should have met he texts me he just woke up and his alarm didnt go off and he is sorry, i text him that a i text and got no reply so thought he wasnt turning up and he just said can we rearrange and he is sorry and he does want to meet me and i am not replying yet anyway.

Nah i am fed up with being let down, ignored, laughed at, piss took out of by lads, this makes me hate my sexuality more as it confuses me everyday anyway. So thats it for me i have given up, every gay man i have met or "connected with" in hopes to meet as "some reason" or just stops talking and texting. Its hard to not tar everyone with that same brush everyone else mentions when everyone does seem to be doing things like that.

I am fully aware its grindr but come on for gods sake most guys on it are real and its like general life everyone seems to be treating each other like fucking shit then wants what they take from others.

I know what that can be like, and have talked to a few guys who have either stopped replying or were playing games, but it's guys like that who give decent guys a bad name. Your an amazing person Star, and I know it can be frustrating or disheartening, but don't lose hope. You'll find the right guy who only see's you, and who will be genuine with you. Myself I'm on the big side which I know might be a deal breaker for some guys, but I would never do that to someone, and would be there for them. Sorry to ramble, but my point is your too awesome for it not to work out for you. Just takes time, and the best outcomes have the longest journey's. Hope that made sense. Myself, thinking of not seeing my bass teacher anymore or finding a new one. He had me playing each major scale differently twenty different way's each, which I guess is possible in theory sense the notes repeat themselves over the fret board, but not very practical. Plus he never really explained thing's to me thoroughly about theory. In the past week doing my own research out of curiosity I learned the standard scale pattern which is the same for all major scales, about intervals, chord triad's in depth, augmented diminished and perfect chords and I fully understand how to read sheet music now. That makes me wonder why I'm paying a so called pro when I learned all that on my own. lol
