Monday morning a house across back fro me were drilling away changing window frames.

It's bloody annoying! What adds insult to injury is for the first 18 months of living here, new houses were being built behind my place. That finally finished and we had a few months of relative quiet. Now it's like it has all started again. They are redoing the pavements, resurfacing the road and installing a pedestrian crossing. Could go on a while again it seems. Was looking forward to sleeping in this morning. No such luck. Might camp out in the fields at this rate, least it will be quieter

I read in the other thread that your sleep was disrupted too last night. At least I don't have work today, so I shouldn't grumble too much. You'll get through it Big D . I hope you sleep better tonight x
