My heart wasn't beating right episodically over about four days.
For hours at a time my pulse would be above 100 and I would experience weakness, palpitations and I suspect some arrhythmia too.
It seems it may of been a potassium deficiency(hopefully).
Cutting caffeine and eating bananas quickly made me feel better.
I'd changed my diet drastically recently. Using caffeine to stave off hunger in addition to eating a lot less. I'm being more careful now.
I'm going to try attend London Comic Con this year, perhaps London pride too.
