I love when foreigners appreciate our island life;
But I love it more when we islanders show and share appreciation for one another more so!
Had a very fun and interesting cultural talk today with a St Lucian and Jamaican about games we played similar as kids and just stuff like so.
My island may be more racially diverse and mixed than a lot of others (DR and Trinidad being like us), but we all share a unified culture and history;
And it's so beautiful to think of
