LOL.It depends on the kind of breakfast, Rod.  I have this standard thing where I do 1/2 cup (uncooked) oatmeal [Yields 1 cup cooked.] and 1 cup frozen blueberries and tea or coffee. It amounts to 56 grams of carbs and 10 grams of fiber with essentially no fat. I do add some light cream to the coffee or tea and put a dash of it on the oatmeal. It does stay with me pretty well. Try it for 3-4 days and see what you think.
I do the oatmeal in the microwave and just use regular quick oats..
The big thing here is fiber. It slows down the absorption of carbs.
