So why not ask a couple of your good friends if they would say what they think about something and then tell them. Or you could just say, "What do you think about my being gay?" I'm not making light of this, but it is fairly common these days and i doubt you will run into any real difficulties.

You have already told quite a few people just by being on this forum, right? You're an interesting guy with a life to live, so go right ahead and do it.
