Does anyone have any tips on staying calm when driving through heavy traffic and complicated freeway and overpasses?

Try listening to whatever media, music, talk, books, at a volume you can clearly hear if you listen but can't if your not actively listening. Make sure it is what you want to listen to and train yourself to return to listening if you stray. This works for many and has the opposite effect if you don't attend to the factors already mentioned.
