Yep another criminal with a gun who was very irresponsible and, whom gun bans would likely NOT have prevented from having that gun.

You will never convince me that banning guns is going to keep them out of the hands of criminal - banning just takes them away from responsible, law abiding gun owners, not criminals.

How do you know that he wasn't a responsible law abiding gun owners before he had his brain snap?

I understand what you are saying, but the for and against arguements just go in cirles because there is no right or wrong, but there is always good turning bad.
