Stress is a hard one, I have to remind myself that no one can make me angry, that becoming angry is just my perception of the situation, I stop and ask myself is this worth the aggravation? I have been around much longer than most of you, if someone is trying to aggitate you sometimes it helps to consider the source, most often not worth the time. The little day to day stuff try to let go before you sleep, talking to someone or writing it down and burning it. Watch it go up in flames. My ace in the hole is to compare it with my nam experience, most pale in comparision, Jim
