Stress? Well when it comes to severe stress I take it to the notebook. I grab a pencil and start scribbling. Then i sharpen the pencil and scribble harder. I just keep going and going. Scribbling as hard as I can trying to make a perfect black. Keep sharpening. Break the pencil if you really have too. Just keep going until your good.
