Not that anyone cares: However I have established an early to bed early to rise routine. Which is more typical of my springtime sleeping habits. The habit I had of staying up all night was due predominately to stress.
Understand that since I am so 'in tune' with the seasons as the hours of the day lengthen my sleeping schedule will shift and most likely over lap yours come mid summer. Typically in winter I fall to bi-phasic sleeping patterns, sleep the early part of the night, wake up for a few hours in the middle of the night then sleep early morning. most likely my schedule will over lap yours again then.
Allowing my body to sleep as it wants with the seasons reduces the impact of my SAD - the net gain is my depression is less and my hypomania is less. Its a win.
