Leg workout this morning. To make the story short, I shared squat rack with another gym member. I did superset: Back Squat with Leg Press. So anyway I only carried two plates each side (40kg + 40kg). The other guy smiled, "Why don't you add another few plates on each side?". I smiled back.
Once finished. I helped him to add more plates. He was going for 4 plates on each side (80kg + 80kg). Then I continued to do leg press whilst listening to music.
On my last rep, I saw few guys running to my left side. I looked to my left and saw the other guy crumbled on the floor with 80kg plates he was carrying.
Moral of the story: Don't brag.
