Nah, relax it is just an IP based thingy!
Wouldn't be the internet without the potential Orwellian nightmare scenario my dear.
Thank you for confirming the less threatening alternative tho

Well this sucks.
A story for ya. When I finished my undergraduate thesis, defended it, got it approved and went on to pay and do the paper work to get my professional degree, the uni kindly told me that I hadn't done the...I dunno what you call it...work training? internship? that I had to do after getting my bachelor.
I found myself understandably shook...
I told the nice secretary that unless I have some serious neurological issues, I can't really have imagined going to a R&D company, asking for a temporary position for training, spending my summer of 3 months there, writing a report and presenting said report and the corresponding performance evaluation to you, about 2 years ago (yes the damn experimental thesis took me longer than the 10 months+2 months of writing it should have, don't judge!) But they had lost all of that and it never got into their system that I did in fact fulfill that requirement.
By the time I defended my thesis I had already started working tho, so I went to my boss and said, hey can we pack some of my work of the past 3 months and turn it into a report and then you can fill an evaluation form? He said yes, so I could avoid actually doing "training" for 3 more months.
hope that makes you feel a wee bit better, uni bureaucracy fails us all my boy.
Anywaaaaay...how much work load will you have if you take all the required classes? Can you do anything else?
