Also, what would be your advice on finding place for a fairly safe first experience? I am not looking to shout anything out from the rooftops yet, this is only a test drive. You're not ready to try something like Grindr, but I need to ask, why the hell not? Since you are being cagey and using words like "it" to describe what you're looking for, I can only assume it must be sex. The place to find that is some app like Grindr, a site like Craigslist, Manhunt, or a4a, or a gay hook-up bar. You might think those kind of options are beneath you, but those are where people go when looking for sex. There are some things that might be thought of as 'classier,' but the problem is those are usually sites and places for people looking for something more than sex, so it is not really fair to those people for you to go there looking for sex.
