I agreed with all you said but specially the part above.
I have a gay friend here who's in his early 70s and was all up in gay life in Florida in the 1970s. The things he tells me about how things were back then for gays having bars and being organized are completely hard for me to believe. But I've heard it from other who are older than me so I know it has to be true.
It's not that way in Brisbane at all! But that's another story. I'm worried about the bars in the US cuz after December Jay and I are planning on traveling as much as possible and going to straight parts won't cut it!
Dang Icepick. I should have been born back then so I could have done all the partying you guys did.
Doing some searching I found out that the biggest organizer of gay events in the US has quit! I'm trying to find an email address for him so I can find out more!
