It does ease the aching and the pains the next day, as your blood flow has been doing its best. That's what I've found from my dance practices and they can be fairly rough on the muscles sometimes. Worth giving it a try?
no chance.. I try to avoid drugs even when I'm ill... let alone when I'm fit n well lol!
