Oh yes, a few times. The most histrionic I've been was circa 2007 (those were uni years, what a time) when I was heading to the bus stop at Libertad with 15 Norte, in Viña del Mar (well, Benidorm has been the name of the street for more than 20 years but no one has ever stopped calling it 15 Norte, especially when every parallel street from 1 to 14 Norte retains the name). I looked back and saw that a 215 line bus, which I needed to hop on to go to my grandparents house in Playa Ancha, was just about to reach me, so I picked up the pace and started counting change for the trip but, while looking at my coinage I tripped on a loose tile. Instead of falling to the ground right there I stumbled for a good half a block until I finally fell flat on the ground and my change scattered. All this time, all the people around me were staring right at me. A (maybe) 80-years old lady came to me and asked me If I needed help, with a very concern look in her face. I just laughed it off, said no thanks, picked up my change and would you look at that, I managed to get to the bus stop and catch the bus anyway. My hands and knees were a bit bruised and bloody though.
I will never forget that elderly woman. I often wonder how hard I fell that an old lady thought I needed her help. What a blast. Bless her, she was so nice.
TPBM has run in to their massive crush and they said hi, smiling, which caused you to completely malfunction and go all the way to the fifth floor of a building when you were meant to go to the second floor because you were too distracted gushing about it, your heart racing and smiling like a damn idiot.
