On thing that I don't understand happening is when one side tries to make the candidate from the other side appear "elite" specifically in regards to education.
I remember when Obama was running and republicans were saying he was "elite" and had an "elite" education and therefore was not like the "common" man.
I don't know about you, but I want my president to be smarter than me. I want him to be better educated than me, and to handle himself differently than I do.
Since when is being better educated a bad thing?
