I do when I've got a lot on my mind, however I've got better at controlling it. I used to suffer from terrible insomnia but I got some really good, easy advice:
1) Stop drinking caffeinated drinks in the afternoon and evening
2) If you're struggling to get to sleep, then stop trying. Get up or read or do something. Worrying or stressing about not falling asleep makes it worse and you're not going to sleep straight away either way. Accepting this and distracting yourself let's your body relax naturally again until you feel tired enough to fall asleep.
Waste food e.g. cook too much or buy too much and end up throwing some away?
