Well here in Denmark atleast most clinics are owned by the goverment so atleast here it's the goverments fault :/

You can't just blame the government because they own the clinics, if you're not pressing the resources you have available for the information then you're just as bad as them.

Ask everything that you can so that you can establish your own views on what you need to do to be safe when engaging in sexual activity. Another suggestion would be to look at documentaries, you'll be surprised the amount you can learn from documentaries within just an hour that could change how you view any sort of topic.
