I'm sorry that you didn't like it @Meridiannight. It was supposed to be a country retreat and a specific purpose that I think that it fulfills:

Imitation? Imitation of what? I would hardly call it crude. You say that it reminds you of a church inside but a thatched roof on the outside. I might possibly agree with the first but not the second. The "church" like appearance would help induce a peaceful, spiritual state, perfect for a country retreat.
We will have to agree to notr agree and accept that there are different tastes for everyone.
