But once you begin, don't expect to get results right away. It takes tons of practice to strengthen your PC muscles, and it takes even more practice to get the timing right. Yes, it's all about the timing, too! Even a 1.5 second too late or too early can screw you up.
You have to build your sexual arousal up to a peak, and when you feel like you're getting super close, immediately clench your PC muscles and then continue to lightly stroke your penis (remember, lightly is key here) And boom, you'll have an orgasm! Now the crucial part, you have to remain clenching your PC muscles during the whole orgasm (and yes, this so happens to be the MOST difficult part), otherwise you'll ejaculate semen and that's obviously not what you want to happen. Also, don't force an orgasm to happen. Just let it happen naturally as you go over the edge (known as the point of no return). Deep breathing and patience is also key.
Trust me, you'll know if you had a dry orgasm or not! The physical indicators that I've noticed is rapid heartbeat, sweating, and orgasmic sensations in my penis alongside with muscle contractions occurring in my prostate... just without semen, because it's a dry orgasm!
