In any case the FBI thought that no evil intent was done over the whole ordeal and things ended with her being called very careless.
Now there is a ongoing and separate investigation into sexually charged communications between former New York congressman Anthony Weiner and a 15-year-old girl. When his laptop was seized they found more emails that were not turned over in the previous email investigation that may have some manner of importance so the case against Clinton is being re opened.
