Impossible to say with just this one instance.

Attraction to and desire to be with men (or men and women if you're bisexual) is more determinant than getting turned on by something "taboo" in the moment.

I'm sure a lot of gay guys would get hard and even come if they were blindfolded and given a blow job by a woman for instance (sort of a reverse of the straight bait type porn.) That doesn't make them less gay since the body kinda does its own thing sometimes.
