I've been testing my boundaries sexually, which usually results in shame and regret in the activities I just hours prior surrounded myself in willingly.

I dont know, at the time I find myself gladly indulging in things, but afterwards I feel ashamed.

It makes sense.

Ashamed because you feel shame concerning your sexual orientation? or ashamed for another reason? is it because of certain acts in particular? Because you were taught certain things are wrong and you're trying to step past those teachings?

I guess I'm asking, where does the shame come from?
