Ah, I'm so blind!  Thanks for the screenshot - totally would have missed the chat.  Smile

One of the difficulties of Chat is that it's always going to be a smaller subset of your online users.  You're going to need a critical mass of online users before you even start thinking about add-ons that try to engage using synchronous conversation that require people to be online at the same time.  Otherwise, it might be better to focus on features that engage using asynchronous conversation, where people can come and go as they please.
