yes! there was an Eastman & Laird crossover that's how I found out about him too... I think I read those too young, some of the original TMNT were mildly violent for kids.

Yeah, I thought so. I never read the comic, I just saw it listed and pictured in this old TMNT book that had collectibles. I have no idea whatever happened to that book, I've been looking for it.

I will also have to say my favorite superheroes may be TMNT. They started out as a comic. I read the less violent comics when I was a kid... I think Archie Comics made them. I'm not too sure.
