It obviously wasn't easy sharing this with us. And i hope this has helpped you feel a little better about yourself.
We understand that almost everyone(I would think) with these thoughts dislike having such thoughts. And i wish you very best with dealing with them.
I would sugest getting help if such feelings got out of hand.....but i'm not sure thats such a good idea....guess its depended on who you go to for help.
Anyone on here know what would happen to someone if they were to talk about having these thoughts to a counsoler/psychotherapist ECT?
Would probably deppend on the individual who is confided in, right?
