This thread occurred to me while I was at work looking at head shots. I was thinking about who would have the "image" I would like to see in GLBT advertising as a "typical gay." My choice of actor/producer of USA's Covert Affairs, Christopher Gorham would in fact be all wrong. However, both he and his wife openly support GLBT rights in the Christian community.
His look is good, and projects a positive image easy for straights, bis and gays to accept. At age 37 he is manly with a boyish quality, but has a distinctively adult firmness. Nice smile, but as you can see from the pics he has an "all business" side. He projects a toughness that we gays should perhaps show more of. He has the well defined physique, but looks natural without a hint of "pretty boy," or "muscle man." Based on image alone, (no politics considered), who might you like to see in a full page ad supporting GLBT rights to the straight, bi, and gay world?
