... I sit on my ass all day at a desk, and I go for a walk everyday after work...sometimes I get on the treadmill. But thats not what Im talking about. Im talking about deforming your body on purpose. Everybody needs to exercise, but not to the extent of going overboard....which is what is considered "normal", and it isnt. Its fine to be in shape, but not to the extent of vandalizing yourself and deforming your body ...

you have a good sand box, and decent views. but not everyone sits on their ass and chooses to do lite exercise. you can still respect your body, do extreme physical work.
