Flirting not really cheating, unless the intent is for the flirt to go some where.

Cuber-sex is cheating. Porn no, web cams maybe - depends on if this is a public 'webcam' or a private showing. It can swing either way.

Kissing on the cheek no, lip kissing and lip lock - yes.

What if you been dating for 1, 2,3, or 4 months and you have not talked about being exclusive or haven't be asked to be their bfs, then what is cheating then?

See this is something I have never been in. I made it clear almost at the very first meeting what it is I was looking for what I am willing to accept and not accept. If I am dating anyone and its hitting the third date with it clearly leading to more dating, I come right out and say that I am looking for 100% monogamy. I don't leave these sorts of things open to interpretation.
