One of my worries, only one, is how it will effect the U.S. election this autumn if this begins to bleed into the American economy, which is moving up at a snails pace and is delicate. At the moment, the fact that there is any progress being made is a thorn in the side of the Republican Presidential candidates. As much as I am unsatisfied with the Obama administration, the last thing I want is the Presidency to go to Romney, Gingrich, or Santorum who would continue to institute the same kind of failed economic policy that has been failing us for the last 30 years. I fear that a slip in the economy could prove fatal to the Presidents campaign.
