1/2 cup raw mung beans (small, ovoid shape, green colour, Asian or Indian, bland favor)
5 potatoes, peeled quartered
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 onion chopped
2 carrots
2 stalks celery
5 button mushrooms
2 cups vegetable stock
350deg F for 40min
