Obama v. Romney: Who will win?
#11
I honestly feel like the party system should be dismantled and votes carried out based on principle. I'm annoyed by how many people blindly follow a party simply because they are affiliated with it. I understand the need for diversity and a party system may help provide that to some extent, I just feel like the current system is broken.

I personally don't care for either candidate, but a lot has happened in Obama's presidency that gives him an edge over Romney.
May the best loser win, I suppose.

I am so utterly indifferent about this election, it scares me. When I was 5 my mother told me the USA would be on the brink of economic collapse when I turned 65 on 5/2/11. The economy would fail in 2012 and the world would experience turmoil. My mom was a great mind reader. She always knew the owners of objects because she could see a sparkling trail from an object to the owner. She would often complain the planet was spinning to fast and left her exhausted.

One day, my mom was handed a cup of tea. She dropped it and ran from the apartment, pulling me after her. At home, she cried for an hour. She said the woman's husband would be dead soon in a truck accident. She said she couldn't tell a good woman that her husband was going to die. I was speechless and asked her what she would do. Nothing, Johnny. There is nothing I can do. The man died within a week of a truck accident.

Later I asked her how people could predict the future accurately. She said time goes back and forth. It does not go forward in one direction like people think. It made my mom very nauseous when she had visions of the future. She never did that on purpose. It was only by accident when she was in a strange mood. My mom was always in a strange mood, that's for certain.

My mom was a fein like me. Despite the fact that both my parents were born in Ireland, I knew I didn't have a drop of Irish blood in my veins. As fenians we hated the Irish and the filthy christians they associated with. We had a special hatred for the Catholic Church who destroyed the culture of our country. They turned us from pagans with free will and ethics to brainwashed people who blindly follow religions. As a child, I learned how to do astronomy like my ancestors. Unlike christian morons who thought the world was flat, we always knew the world was round. One day I was knocked over when a huge shock wave hit our solar system. I asked my mom what happened. She said there was huge explosions in the galaxy which came from every direction. That is why we knew the world was round. We also knew the universe did not always exist. Many years later I heard of the "big bang" theory. The universe was created about 14 billion years ago OR the universe may die in 14 billion years if we are going backwards in time.

My mom said we were all stupid because we tried to understand time and distance by looking at each other. She said we had to look at the universe in total to understand time and distance. With that said, I wish I studied physics rather than accounting in college. Anyway, I made a bad choice. But screw it, everyone makes bad choices. We are still stuck voting for some asshole running for President. Personally. I would like to vote for a gay pagan like me. Fuck everyone. It is every man for himself. It could be fun guys. I wouldn't mind being your guy. At 65, I am still horny. Vote for me. I think I will.

If you gay guys can figure out the difference between Obama and Romney, I can't. I have so many ridiculous and serious beliefs I can't count that high. I can't even believe a guy can have an orgasm without believing in himself. Obama/Romney believe only in their own election. I wish one of them would act like he liked Americans or had a good sense of humor about life. Obama's wife is called an "uppity.....woman" he doesn't react to the insult. Romney likes to strap dogs to the roof of his car. I hope his dog rips his throat out and kills him.

If either of these guys fall down a flight of stairs, I hope they know how to call 911. I won't.

God bless America. I think we are screwed with either the Democrats or the Republicans in charge.
For the first time in my life, I may skip this election.

Some people are trying to change the American system to what some other countries (like Australia) use called preferential voting:

Naturally, both the Democrat and Republican Party HATE this idea, which is just one more reason why I support it.

 I like your attitude. It's a unique idea, and I can see why Democrats and Republicans hate it. It essentially renders the party system useless or at least reduces its impact. I still feel like preferential voting is missing something

Honestly...both of them are assholes as far as I'm concerned. Its just a matter of who is the lesser evil of the two.

For me, that easily goes to Obama...but its not really saying much. I'd prefer him over Romney, just like I would prefer being executed by gunshot rather than tortured to death slowly.

As a wise man once said "politics is a bunch of crap"
