The Wolfenden Report

Just watched a rather interesting BBC four endeavour on the writing up of the Wolfenden Report. It's called Consenting Adults and I recommend it to whomever wants to know a little bit of the history of decriminalising homosexual acts and making the UK a safer place for LGBT. I also read somewhere that the UK is considered to be the best place or one of the best places to be gay even if reports of anti-gay violence are on the rise (does it mean that people are now reporting what they used to keep silent?)
