I've been asked to share more of my poetry, so... I figure, why not?
This one is a bit of the traditional suicide poem, but it deals with a lot of other issues -- mainly being gay, bipolar, etc. There's really not much to say about it, so I'll let it speak for itself.

This Agony
Quote:Beautiful
This agony
Beautiful
This pain
It smells of dice, of ribbons, of scissors and rain
And is said to make the weak insane
The strong inane
For its reckless abandon can rule them all
And make them fall
And make them fall
Beautiful
This agony
Beautiful
This pain
It feels of razors and candy, of simple and sane
And is said to make the poor disdain
For all the lies that they do speak
The medical profession
The pills, ordain
So let them see
What they want to see
Because they don’t feel
This agony,
This pain
Beautiful
This agony
Beautiful
This pain
It feels of rides and sighs and blue moon tides
That wash away the happy days
That pull them out from sea to sea
To make believe
The happy days
When we were young
And beautiful here
In our blue pants
And our red shirts
And everything else
That makes us worth
Ecstasy
You see
It would be
To run around
Within the sun
And feel the rays
Upon our backs
Yet we can’t have that
Because we’re impure
Because we were tainted
From genetics
From birth
And though it’s fine
Sometimes
When it doesn’t rain
But there are times
When the pressure is within
Growing
Feasting
Tumors of pain
This beautiful agony
This beautiful pain
It comes unnecessary
The do, ordain
Make me king
Of my own world
And let me breathe
In sweet pure air
For all these feelings
Are unnecessary
Insane.
