I have done this before.... It was to crazy.... I do not recommend it as everyone else has said dangerous! Please be safe if not for you then at least for the others on the road.

me and my fiancè kinda got up to this ourselves, but we did pull over, i started playing and getting horny, so we found a quiet place, pulled over and had our way, i wouldnt do it whilst driving though, because simply i am very much a safety freak when it comes to the road.
I hate it atm where people have to drive me places because i cant drive, because im gripping the seat and bricking some the things i wouldnt do if i was driving XD
